History
On 23 August 1999, Blogger was launched by Pyra Labs, and has become one of the service publication of the first blog in the world.
In February 2003, Pyra Labs is recognized by Google to make a feature premium Blogger previously published by Pyra Labs to become a full service for free users. Approximately one year later, one of the founder of Pyra Labs, Evan Williams, draw themselves from Google.
In 2004, Google purchased Picasa; ago integrated with Blogger so that service Picasa users can publish a photo collection that he has to blog site that he has on Blogger.
