Windows vs Bandwith

Do you know if the windows we use bandwidth of 20%? for those who have not let us know that is get back bandwidth Internet connection so that we can grow more quickly.

only direct way we started the first:
1. Open the windows command prompt (click start, run) type gpedit.msc
2. In the computer configuration-> administrative templates-> click network
3. Click Qos packet scheduler -> click the limit reservable bandwidth 2x
4. If there are windows to the default "Not Configured", replace with Enable
5. Contents Banwith Limit (%): to be 0 "zero"
6. click OK and your computer resstart

though this trick is only to add some banwith%, but would that if we try this trick.
use the Internet safely banwith Lo ..
